All returns/exchanges are done through our return portal powered by GEARCRAFT LLC. You can click here to start a return or an exchange or go to GEARCRAFTCLOTHS.STORE.
- We offer pre-paid shipping labels through our Returns & Exchange Portal.
- Items can be returned/ exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
- A $5 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the return shipping cost.
- Exchanges of the same item are not subject to the $5 return fee.
- Shipping costs and additional promo codes will not be refunded.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 45-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.
- We only offer exchanges on different colors or sizes of the original style(s) purchased
- Exchanges can only be made once, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags included
- Items marked as final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange
- Please allow 5-14 business days for refunds to reflect after your return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse.
Please advise, if you would like to exchange multiple items from your order, please be sure to submit all items within a single transaction. Otherwise, you will not receive your full exchange order. If you would like to RETURN items from multiple orders, please be sure to submit one return request per order and use all labels provided or you will not receive your refund.
